Google Calendar integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we request access to create, update, and delete calendar events on your primary calendar. We use this solely to sync your training sessions. We do not read, store, or share any existing calendar data.

• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and session updates

• Sync sessions to your Google Calendar when you opt in

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls.

Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Google Calendar tokens are stored securely and encrypted. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings or from your member portal.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link
• Disconnect Google Calendar integration from your member portal at any time
